A young artist from Nice, César Malfi"wishes to transform our living spaces into unique works of art". The MDE called upon its graphic design talents to create a giant fresco in the reception hall of the Maison de l'étudiant, which is also the main entrance to the new Stockfish auditorium, which was christened on 10 March in the presence of Mr Estrosi and his elected representatives.
