Behind this irreverent title lies, in reality, a tribute to Antiquity.
In the prestigious archaeological museum of Nice, which preserves and recounts the Greco-Roman past of this thousand-year-old city, César Malfi compares his urban art with ancient works to allow us to look at them better.
Created in situ with an aerosol, his reproductions of fragments of sculpted faces of Apollo, Aphrodite and Poseidon are mirrored by the original busts, for a renewed, dusted off, invigorated reading.
High art meets popular art in a fruitful dialogue. For this exhibition, César wants to invite the public to get involved in creativity. In the fictitious space of a symbolic forum, in the heart of the museum, the artist invites visitors to express their talents in dedicated spaces with some street art tools.
In this way, he revives the spirit of the ancient forum where everyone expresses themselves and shares their experiences in a friendly atmosphere.
Passionate about new technologies, the artist also invites visitors to virtual experiences thanks to augmented reality and artificial intelligence.
